Photography is not his job, and he has no plans to make it one. That is the whole point of it.
Adrien Sanchez photographs strangers: people at work, people at rest, mostly from a distance.
He is based in Paris. He has no training, no gallery and no assignments. He has read almost nothing about photography and could not name the movement he belongs to. Most of what he shoots is thrown away. He stands too far back, and calls it a method.
No weddings. No commissions. No portfolio reviews.
Nobody here is looking at the camera.
